do politics/intelligence make any difference at all in an attack? He is not great at those (15 - 80 - 34)

and number 3... in addition to 2889 ballis, I added 30 battering rams. Predictably, lost the rams. All ballis safe though. Other details same as previous.
I guess 30 rams take longer to build than 50 ballia, so this was a bad move...
got me a Wisdom medal though. Just one more Wisdom, and 2 Freedom to go.... where do you get Freedom??

i sent over 5k ballista and 250 battering rams, only battering rams died on a lvl 6, i will slowly lower the amoiunt

I finally got a wisdom medal from a level 5 ncp. Sending 800 ballistas, 500 trans, no losses. On the Evony forum, some people are still getting losses from some lvl 5 ncps so it might depend on whether it is an original game ncp, or one which is player made.
